Event Overview

The 6th Torrance Trot 5K Run/Walk is a community event taking place in Torrance, Pennsylvania. The event supports the Torrance State Hospital-Patient Fund and aims to address the stigma of mental illness.

Distances

The event offers two main distances:

A 5K run/walk.
A 1 Mile run/walk for TSH (Torrance State Hospital) residents.

Registration and Fees

Advance registration for either event is $20. Registration on the day of the event is $25, and a t-shirt is not guaranteed for day-of registrants. The final day to order an event t-shirt in advance is August 7, 2026.

Awards and Activities

Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and the top finisher in each age group. All participants receive a participation medal.

A free kids' fun run is available for children aged 9 and under. During and after the main event, there will be activities such as face painting and games. A limited number of kids' t-shirts are available for $5. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
