Toronto Run Rave 5K Beach To Sauna
This is a waterfront 5K group run that finishes with a late night beach party at Cazsimir Gzowski Park Beach in Toronto. The event gathers multiple run crews, solo runners, and first time participants for a shared guided route along the lakeshore.
Participants run together at a social pace of approximately 6:30 to 7:00 per kilometre. The planned route goes from Cazsimir Gzowski Park Beach to Humber Bay Arch Bridge, through Marilyn Bell Park for a short break, and back to the beach for the finish. Silent disco style headphones are provided so music carries the group as they move.
The program includes check in, a warm up, the guided 5K and a finish line beach party. Attendees can expect a water and catch up break during the run, playful icebreakers, and event staff and run leaders who guide the route. The organizer may capture candid photos and video during the evening and content may be shared afterward.
Suggested items to bring include running shoes, comfortable activewear, reflective or light coloured clothing, a small light or headlamp, a water bottle, a light layer for cooler night air and a fully charged phone. Towels and a change of clothes are optional for those who plan to dip. The event policy states there are no refunds. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
