Tom’s Cairn 10K & 5K Trail Races

The Tom’s Cairn Trail Races, held in Finzean, Deeside, feature a flagship 10.1 km trail run with a 239m ascent to the top of Tom’s Cairn, alongside a gentler 5 km run through estate woods suitable for adults and senior school children. There is also a fun children’s race around local fields, with ice cream for participants. Organized by the Parent Council of Finzean School and Ballogie Nursery, the event raises funds for educational resources and trips.
