Logistics

The event is based at Glenwood Elementary School at 1401 Plummer Blvd in Chatham, Illinois.

Packet pickup is available on Friday, March 13, at Glenwood Elementary School from 4:15 PM to 6:30 PM. There is also a packet pickup on race day at the Glenwood Elementary School Commons starting at 7:30 AM. Online registration closes at 8:30 AM on race day.

Pricing

The standard price for the 5K is $40, and for the Fun Run is $24. An early registration price of $30 for the 5K Run/Walk and $22 for both the student 5K and the Fun Run is available until February 25, 2026.

Organizer

The event is produced by the Ball Chatham Glenwood Parent/Teacher Organization (BCG PTO), a volunteer group supporting three elementary schools in the area.

Special Opportunity

A special class competition is offered for students. The class with the most participants registered for the 5K event will win a popcorn party. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
