Titan Trek 5K takes place at Glenwood Elementary School in Chatham, Illinois. The event includes a community 5K run/walk and a 1 mile fun run/walk held on the school grounds.

Registration and packet pickup are organized before and on the event day. Early packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, November 20 at Glenwood Elementary School from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Day-of packet pickup is located in the Glenwood Elementary School commons beginning in the morning of the event.

The race is produced by the Ball Chatham Glenwood PTO, a volunteer parent and teacher organization representing Ball, Chatham, and Glenwood elementary schools. The PTO coordinates fundraising and educational projects that benefit those three schools and acts as a liaison between parents and teachers.
