Organizer and race operations

The event is produced by the Ball Chatham Glenwood PTO (BCG PTO), a volunteer parent-teacher organization that supports Ball, Chatham, and Glenwood elementary schools through fundraising and educational projects. Packet pickup is offered the day before the race (Friday, March 13) at Glenwood Elementary and on race day at the school commons. The race listing notes a special opportunity for students: the class with the most participants in the 5K will win a popcorn party; registrants are asked to indicate their class when they register.
