Entry and race rules
Entry is on the day only. Fees are £7.50 per person, £15 for a pair, and £10 for a senior-plus-junior pair. Competitors may enter as solo runners or in pairs; walkers and participants with dogs are permitted. The minimum age for a solo competitor is 17 years on the day. Younger competitors may run only as part of a two-person team with a partner who is at least 17 years, and such teams must finish together. Full waterproofs and required safety kit must be carried. A coach is booked from the Stiperstones Inn for a fee of £5 per person (cash); dogs are allowed on the coach and seats must be booked through the coach operator.
