Spooky Sprint - Milwaukee
The Spooky Sprint is a Halloween-themed running event held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This annual gathering features a variety of distances to accommodate different participants, including a Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and a 1 Mile run. For younger runners aged 10 and under, a Kids Dash is also organized. Those unable to attend the physical event can participate through a virtual race option.
The event offers several race distances:
- 13.1 Miles (Half Marathon)
- 6.2 Miles (10K)
- 3.1 Miles (5K)
- 1 Mile (Untimed)
- 50m (Kids Dash)
Participants in the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon receive chip-timing with live results and eligibility for awards. Registration for these distances, as well as the 1 Mile and Kids Dash, includes a designer shirt, a custom bib, and a finisher medal. The Kids Dash is an untimed event, and children who do not require race swag may participate at no cost. Photography is provided for participants during the event, and treats are available at the finish line.
A unique registration category allows participants to volunteer for 30 minutes before the packet pickup starts and then run any of the available distances. To ensure the receipt of a participant shirt, registration must be completed by midnight on the Thursday falling two weeks prior to the event date.
