Shorewood Hot Cider Hustle
The Shorewood Hot Cider Hustle is a chip timed running event in Shorewood, WI on October 24, 2026. The event offers a USATF certified half marathon course and a 5K. The half marathon runs along the Oak Leaf Trail and the courses are entirely on streets and paved paths.

Finish line provisions include hot apple cider, caramel apples, and a participant finisher mug for 2026. Half marathon finishers receive a finisher medal; a 5K finisher medal is available as an add on. Winner medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group and overall for both chip timed categories. Age groups range from 10 and under through 70 plus.
Packet pick up options include mailing the packet for a fee, pre race pickup at Performance Running Outfitters in Brookfield, or pickup at the event site on race morning with an expected wait. Parking is limited at the Estabrook Park start and finish area; a shuttle runs from the UWM UPark Capitol Humboldt parking lot when on site parking is full. Water stations provide water on all courses and sports drink at half marathon stations. A live participant tracking app is offered. Volunteers receive a free event shirt.
