Event Overview
The Time to Paddy 5k/10k & Lucky 13.1 - Houston is a St. Patrick-themed running event held at the Kingdom Builders' Center in Houston, Texas. This community race offers various distances and activities to accommodate different participation preferences, including a "biggest team" contest.
The event features several distance options for participants:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10k
- 5k
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- Kid's Dash (untimed, for ages 10 and under)
- Virtual Run (self-timed, participant-selected location)
Participant Experience
All registered participants receive a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a custom bib. The 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon events are chip-timed, with live results and awards available immediately following completion. Free photos and post-race snacks are provided at the finish line. For the untimed 1 Mile and Kid's Dash, finishers receive specific commemorative items, though they are not eligible for age group awards.
The event inclusive of age-group awards for the timed distances, covering categories from 10 & Under up to 80+, as well as Overall and Masters (40+) divisions. For those unable to attend in person, the virtual option allows participants to run at any time and receive their materials via mail.
