21st annual River Run 10 Miler & 5K : Salisbury, MD
The event is a community road running program held in Salisbury, Maryland, with the start and finish at Salisbury Bible Fellowship Church, 1500 Court Plaza Lane, Salisbury 21801. The course is USATF certified and runs through the city. Chip timing is provided using the ChronoTrack system and timing services are supplied by Seashore Strider Event Production.

Proceeds from the event support local and regional charitable programs, including an organization that helps athletes with different abilities, an animal care fund, and a running club scholarship fund. The race is hosted by the city and the church. Packet pickup is available Saturday, February 28 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Evo Public House and Sunday at the race start area; last chance race day registration is available at the start/finish area during the posted packet pickup window.
Race amenities include a long sleeve crew sweatshirt for registrants who meet the registration deadline, awards for overall, masters, and age group winners, and a post race celebration. The 10 mile event has a 2 hour 30 minute time limit (15 minutes per mile). Water stops are provided every 2 miles on the 10 miler and there is one water stop on the 5k. The 10 miler prohibits unregistered runners, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, baby joggers, and dogs; the 5k allows baby joggers and well behaved dogs.
