Event Overview
The Tiki Trot takes place at the Bowman Business Park in Williamsport, Maryland. The event site is situated between the Cushwa Brewing Company and the Interchange Tiki Bar & Brewing. The location is positioned approximately 20 minutes from Martinsburg and Frederick, and 90 minutes from Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Participants can choose between several different race formats, with all courses starting and finishing in the business park parking lot area.
The following distances are available:
- Tiki Trot 5k Run-Walk: A 3.1 mile road race open to all ages.
- Beer Mile: A 1 mile race restricted to participants age 21 and older.
- Food Tiki-tizer Mile: A 1 mile race for participants age 11 or older.
- Tiki Tikes: A 1200m fun run for children age 12 and younger.
The schedule allows for registration in multiple events, such as the 5k followed by the Beer Mile or the Tiki-tizer Mile, as the race times do not overlap. Following the completion of the athletic events, an after-party is held on-site. Registrants who finalize their entry by April 2nd are guaranteed an event t-shirt in their size; otherwise, shirts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
