- 5k

- Half marathon
The course is a flat, gravel trail along the C&O Canal Trail next to the river. The 5k is an out-and-back route and the 10k consists of two laps of the 5k. Gatorade will be available at some stations and half marathon runners are encouraged to carry personal water.
The event includes a virtual run option. Runners receive a finisher’s medal, a technical (Dri-fit) event shirt (shirts guaranteed for registrations before Dec 28), and chip timing. Live results will be posted online with a QR code at the event; final results with series points are published the Monday after the race.
Points from the races count toward the Year-Long 5k, 10k, Endurance and Back of the Pack Series and also toward the Winter Series. Packet pickup is available at the event; there will be no on-site race registration. Parking is available at Williamsport Park, with GPS coordinates 39.599496, -77.826698.
