Event overview
The St. Patrick's Day Run Fest takes place on March 14, 2026 in Hagerstown, Maryland at 25 W Church St, 21740. The Washington County Parks and Recreation Department and the City of Hagerstown organize the event in support of the Washington County Community Free Clinic. The festival includes multiple running events and an After Party in Downtown Hagerstown. Costumes and St. Patrick's Day attire are noted as appropriate and encouraged.

Logistics, inclusions and awards
Packet pickup is available early at HCC ARCC, Room 227 on the Wednesday and Thursday before the race, and on race day at Hub City Brewery. Included items for participants note a T-shirt guarantee to the first 500 registrants, a race bib and timing chip, a festive St. Patrick’s beaded necklace at the finish line, a drink ticket, and After Party access. The 5K and 8K offer custom awards for overall male and female finishers and for male and female age-group winners.
