About the race
The St. Patrick's Day Run Fest is a community running event held in Hagerstown, Maryland, at 25 W Church St. The event offers three distances and is presented with support from the Washington County Parks and Recreation Department and the City of Hagerstown.
The event supports the Washington County Community Free Clinic. Participants receive an official race tee-shirt and Shamrock Party Beads. Awards are listed for the longer races: the 5K presents 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall male and female awards plus 1st place male and female age group awards; the 8K presents 1st place male and female awards plus male and female age group awards. Registration opens on 2026-09-01 and closes on 2027-03-12. Registration fees are listed per event: $15 for the One Mile Run/Walk and $35 for each of the 5K Run Walk and the 8K Run. An after party takes place in Downtown Hagerstown as part of the event activities.
