St. Patrick's Day Run Fest : Hagerstown, MD
St. Patrick's Day Run Fest is a community fitness event on March 14, 2026 in Hagerstown, Maryland, organized with the Washington County Parks and Recreation Department and the City of Hagerstown to support the Washington County Community Free Clinic. The event takes place at 25 W Church St, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
The running program includes the following distances:
- One Mile Run/Walk
- 5K Run Walk
- 8K Run
Entries receive event items while supplies last, including a T-shirt guaranteed to the first 500 participants, a race bib and timing chip, a festive St. Patrick’s beaded necklace at the finish line, and a drink ticket. The event also provides access to an after party in Downtown Hagerstown and aims to offer a family-oriented experience.
Packet pick-up is available before race day at HCC ARCC, room 227, and on race day at Hub City Brewery. Awards for the 5K and 8K include overall male and female winners and male and female age-group winners. Age groups used for awards are: 12 & Under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & Up.
