The Tierra Redonda Mountain Trail Run is held at Smith Ranch in Bradley, California, with the main event date on September 19, 2026. The event takes place on a private cattle ranch and offers multiple race formats using a loop course that is entirely dirt and comprised of ranch roads and single-track trail.

The standard loop is a 10 km single-direction circuit with about 585 feet of vertical gain per 10 km loop. The 5 km loop has about 302 feet of vertical gain per loop. Races that exceed a single loop use multiple repetitions of the 10 km circuit. Aid stations are positioned at roughly every 3 miles along the course.
Camping is available onsite and is primitive with no hookups or amenities. Camping is first come, payable on arrival at $10.00 per vehicle per night, and permits up to three nights on the ranch. The event is described as family friendly, with dogs allowed on leash. There are nightly group bonfires and live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
