Event details
The Wicked Wine Run takes place on October 17, 2026, at Bowstring Vineyard by TRUSS Wine in Paso Robles, California (8800 Vineyard Drive). The event is held on vineyard grounds that the organizer describes as dedicated to sustainable farming. Activities on site include music, food trucks, games, dance and costume contests, and an after party. A separate spectator tasting-only ticket is available; it includes an etched wine glass and a bracelet that allows wine purchases at the event.

Both events provide race goods and on-course sampling or aid stations as described by the organizer.
On-site logistics
Packet pickup details will be posted before the event. Participants must present a QR code and ID at pickup. Race day packet pickup incurs a $5 fee per packet if not picked up earlier. A packet delivery option is available for $20 if requested before the two-week cutoff. Parking at the venue may cost up to $20 per vehicle. On the 5K course there are two water stations plus a finish-line water station; the 5K also uses start-line waves and has a 90-minute completion window.
