Last One Standing at Bradley

Event Format
This is a Last One Standing running event. Participants must complete a 4.18-mile trail loop within one hour. A new loop begins every hour on the hour. If a runner finishes a loop within the hour, they may start the next loop, provided they are in the start corral when it begins. Failure to finish a loop within the hour, or failure to be in the start corral for the next start, results in elimination. The event continues until only one runner completes a final loop.
Course Details
The loop course is 100% dirt trail and ranch roads. It is marked with green surveyor's tape. The loop has a gross elevation gain and loss of +/- 332 feet.
Logistics and Rules
Runners are responsible for carrying their own water and snacks on the course, as there are no on-course aid stations. One fully staffed aid station is available at the start/finish area, offering water, ice, fruit, soup, sandwiches, quesadillas, and Hammer Nutrition products.
Participants may have a small crew of two people at the start area. No artificial aids, like trekking poles, are permitted. Non-competitors are not allowed on the course, but participants may run together. Bib numbers must be worn visibly on the front of the body at all times.
Location and Amenities
The event takes place at Smith Ranch on Lynch Canyon Road in Bradley, California. Amenities include portable restrooms, a group campfire at dusk, a community BBQ pit, large flat camp areas, and music. A camp fee of $10 per vehicle per night is payable to the ranch upon arrival.
Registration and Perks
The runner registration fee is required. All participants receive a handcrafted Kukini amulet, an event sticker, and a custom event t-shirt. The last runner standing receives a custom western-style trophy buckle. There are no refunds, transfers, or deferrals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
