The Course

The 10K route is called "Round the Frews." It is a road race, run entirely on tarmac, described as a spectacular course with potential for personal bests. Participants will see the Wallace Monument and Munros to the north. The 2.5K route uses a mix of tarmac and path surfaces. Both routes will be fully marked with signs and have marshals and medical staff stationed at key points. There will be water stops on the course.

  • The 2.5K is open to participants aged 8 and over. Runners aged 7 and under can participate if accompanied by an adult.
