Thieveley Pike Fell Race

Website

The Thieveley Pike Fell Race, organized by Clayton-le-Moors Harriers, is a challenging 4.3-mile (7 km) race featuring 1,310 feet (400 m) of ascent. The course starts near the Ram Inn in Cliviger, close to Burnley, and follows a flagged and marshaled route that includes boggy fields, steep climbs, moorland, and technical descents. Runners tackle a sharp climb to the moor, reach the trig point at Thieveley Pike, and finish back in the starting field.

The race offers prizes for top finishers and various age categories. Participants are advised to bring waterproof body cover due to potential weather conditions. Parking is available nearby with some restrictions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
