The Wine Half Marathon - Napa Edition
The Wine Half Marathon - Napa Edition is a point-to-point half marathon taking place on May 9, 2026. The course covers 13.1 miles, mostly on private winery roads and vineyard properties in Napa Valley, with portions of the route accessible only on race day.
Runners travel along quiet vineyard roads and pass multiple winery properties, including Quintessa, Frog's Leap, Honig Vineyard & Winery, Round Pond Estate, Saddleback Cellars, Silver Oak, B Cellars, and Cliff Lede. The route is described as scenic and smooth, with space for running and opportunities to pass through exclusive vineyard access not normally open to the public.
Aid stations are hosted by participating wineries and feature music and cheering teams intended to energize runners along the course. The finish is in Yountville, where a Wine Village provides a post-race gathering space with local wine, food, music, and community partners.
Scheduled for Mother's Day weekend, the event is presented as a destination-style race that combines running through vineyard landscapes with a post-race communal area focused on local food and wine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
