Event Overview
The WellStyles Move More 5k is a run/walk event organized by WellStyles and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona in Glendale. It takes place at the Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center. The event is open to Glendale city employees, their families, friends, and the wider community. Only service animals are permitted.

- The WellStyles Move More 1 Mile
Schedule & Activities
The event day includes a race schedule and additional community activities. Following the run, there is a free Community Wellness Fair. A free Rock Wall Climb is also available inside the Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center.
Participation Details
The standard registration fee is $10 per person. Children aged 12 and under can participate for free. The registration fee increases to $15 per person on February 14, 2026. Registering by January 28 guarantees an event t-shirt in the chosen size for the first 600 registered participants. All finishers of the 5k or 1-mile events receive a medal. The top three male and female finishers in the 5k receive awards. Other inclusions are a race bib with chip timing, pre- and post-race refreshments, and water stations on the course.
Venue & Parking
The event is held at the Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center on 5600 W Union Hills Dr, Glendale. Free parking is available in the facility's main lot. Overflow parking is provided at the adjacent Foothills Park/Skate Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
