The Tuckahoe 25k
The Tuckahoe 25k is a trail race held on November 21, 2026 in Queen Anne, Maryland at 13283 Cherry Ln. The event is the eighth edition and is organized by Algonquin Ultras Inc and the Centreville Crushers Running Club. The distance is 25k (15.5 miles).
The course is mostly single track with some wider horse trails. It is not described as overly technical or rocky, but it includes runnable hills and a few rooty, muddy sections. These are trail miles, so GPS distance may vary.
Three fully stocked aid stations are provided, offering water, electrolyte drinks, gels, and support from experienced volunteers. Organizers also list real food with sweet and salty options, and churros are highlighted. Awards are given to the top three men and the top three women, and all participants receive event swag.
The race proceeds in rain, sleet, or snow and has no rain date. Cancellation is reserved for force majeure events that prevent emergency medical services, aid stations, or support staff from functioning. Registration closes on November 20 at 11:59 PM ET. Additional rules include no bib transfers, no pacers or crews, bibs visible at all times, no dogs for runners, no deferrals or refunds, and a requirement to stay on the established course.
