The Tuckahoe 25K
The Tuckahoe 25K is a trail race held in Queen Anne, MD on November 21, 2026. The course covers 25K (about 15.5 miles) on trails, so GPS distance may vary. The event is organized by Algonquin Ultras Inc. with support from the Centreville Crushers Running Club.
The route is mostly single-track with some wider horse trails. It is described as not overly technical or rocky, with runnable hills and a few rooty, muddy sections. Participants should expect trail conditions that can include mud and roots, and occasional slips or falls.
Three fully stocked aid stations are available. They provide water, electrolyte drinks, gels, and volunteers. Additional real food, both sweet and salty, is provided at aid stations.
The race proceeds in rain, snow, or sleet since there is no rain date. Cancellation will occur only if a force majeure prevents emergency medical services, aid stations, or essential support staff from functioning; if canceled, no refunds or credits will be issued. Registration closes on Friday, November 20 at 11:59 PM ET.
Race awards are given to the top three men and top three women. All participants receive event swag. Participants must follow event rules such as visible bib numbers, no bib transfers, no pacers or crews, no dogs for runners, and a pack in pack out policy.
