The Tuckahoe 25k - Queen Anne, MD
The Tuckahoe 25k is a trail race held on November 21, 2026, in Queen Anne, Maryland. The distance is 25K (15.5 miles) on marked trail miles, so GPS distance may vary.
The course is mostly single track with some wider horse trails. It is described as not overly technical or rocky, with runnable hills and a few rooty, muddy sections. Participants should expect trail conditions that can include mud and roots and be prepared for variable weather.
There are three fully stocked aid stations providing water, electrolyte drinks, gels, and staffed by volunteers. Real food, both sweet and salty, is provided at aid stations. Awards are given to the top three men and the top three women, and all participants receive event swag.
The event is organized by Algonquin Ultras in partnership with the Centreville Crushers Running Club and works with Maryland Parks and Maryland Forests. The race has no rain date and will proceed in rain, snow, or sleet unless a force majeure prevents EMS, aid stations, or support staff from functioning. If the race is canceled for those reasons, no refunds or credits are given.
Race policies state no bib transfers, bib numbers must be visible, no pacers or crews, no dogs for runners, no early or late starts, and no deferrals or refunds. If a participant drops out they should return their bib to the first crew member they see and proceed to an aid station. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
