Teddy Bear Trot - Fleet Feet Rochester
The Teddy Bear Trot is a family friendly community run and walk held on Sunday, February 8 at Fleet Feet at The Armory, 155 Culver Rd, Rochester, NY 14620. The event consists of a relaxed neighborhood route covering 3 miles and is organized as a run and walk for families.
Participants are asked to bring a new, unwrapped teddy bear to donate to the event benefactor, the Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester, which provides child abuse response, healing, and prevention through collaborative service, awareness, education, and leadership. Everyone who donates a new unwrapped teddy bear will receive a Fleet Feet discount voucher and be entered into a drawing for a free pair of Karhu shoes.
Packet pickup and event check-in take place at Fleet Feet at The Armory, with gathering and check-in held inside the store. After the activity, attendees can receive a Teddy Bear Trot decal and enjoy post activity treats. All registered participants will receive bear ears to wear during the event.
