The Teddy Bear Trot - Rochester
The Teddy Bear Trot is a family fun run and walk of about 3ish miles held in Rochester, NY. The event starts and finishes at Fleet Feet at the Armory, 155 Culver Rd., and follows a neighborhood route. The event benefits The Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester.
Participants are asked to bring a new, unwrapped teddy bear to donate to the Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester; the bears are given to children served by the center. Everyone who donates a new, unwrapped teddy bear receives a Fleet Feet discount voucher and an entry to win a pair of Karhu shoes. Karhu will provide footwear demonstrations at the event.
All participants receive a Teddy Bear Trot Ears headband and post-trot snacks. The event organizer states that the date, format, location, or distance may be changed, switched to virtual, or canceled if necessary; in such cases there will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals unless otherwise specified.
