Webster Turkey Trot Highlights
The Webster Turkey Trot is an annual Thanksgiving event held in Webster, New York. Established in 1972, this event celebrates its 55th anniversary in 2026. The race takes place at Parkview Lodge in Webster Park and features two primary distances for in-person participants.
Available distances include:
- 4.4 miles
- 2.5 miles
Both distances are also available as virtual options, which can be completed between November 26 and November 29. The in-person event provides electronic RFID timing and post-race food for all participants. A complimentary shuttle bus service is available on the day of the event.
For the 4.4 mile race, cash prizes are awarded to the top five overall male and female finishers. Additionally, awards are provided to the top three finishers in five-year age groups. There are no awards for the 2.5 mile fun run.
The event prohibits the use of strollers, dogs, and headphones on the course. Participants must display an official race bib to take part. This race is part of the Fleet Feet Grand Prix Series. In conjunction with packet pickup, the organizers host a food and hygiene drive to support Hope House.
Registration inclusions depend on the sign-up date and may include a custom tote bag, hoodie, sweatshirt, or t-shirt. All finishers receive a medal and a digital certificate. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
