The Teddy Bear Run - Shrewsbury
The Teddy Bear Run in The Quarry Park Shrewsbury takes place on 23 August 2026 as a fundraising event for Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith Children's Hospices. The event is open to all ages and offers short routes suitable for families and young children.

Every finisher receives a Teddy Bear Run cuddly toy on completion of the course. After the run there is a teddy bears picnic where participants may bring their own lunch. Entry categories and fees published for the event include adults, children aged 3 to 16, and children aged 0 to 2 with or without a finisher teddy; a booking fee applies per entry.
On registration participants receive a bespoke Just Giving link in their confirmation email and are encouraged to raise a minimum of £10 for Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices. The hospices support more than 750 families across Shropshire, Cheshire, and North and Mid Wales, providing services such as respite and end of life care, counselling, advocacy, and family support.
