The Single & Mingle 5K at the VFW
The Single & Mingle 5K is a community-driven running event at the Warrenville VFW on 12/12/2026. The event is presented as a social 5K that combines a town route with on-course games and post-race activities. The listed registration fee is $30.00.
The course departs from the Warrenville VFW and follows a route that passes a local cemetery and veteran memorials before moving through the central areas of Warrenville and its neighborhoods. On-course activity stations are included: at mile 1 there is a baggo board, at mile 2 a ring toss, and at the finish a bozo toss into one of ten buckets with prizes.
After participants finish the 5K, music and mingling are scheduled at the VFW as part of the post-race activities. The event information emphasizes social interaction and community connection during and after the run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
