The Saltmarsh 75 is a coastal ultramarathon that spans approximately 75 miles along the Essex Saltmarsh coastline, starting from South Woodham Ferrers to Salcott. Participants can choose between a traditional two-day format, a continuous 75-mile option, or a three-person relay team format.
