Basildon Half Marathon and Juniors : 13 September 2026
The event takes place on Sunday 13 September 2026 at Basildon Sporting Village, Cranes Farm Rd, Basildon SS14 3GR, UK. It supports the charity Changing Pathways. The route uses closed roads through the town and starts and finishes at Basildon Sporting Village. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags. Marshals will be on the course to provide direction and encouragement. An event village will offer food and drink options and partner giveaways at the finish.

The half marathon is a single, non-lapped course. The junior race comprises two laps of a track. Minimum ages are 17 for the half marathon and a maximum age of 11 years for the junior race. There is a three-hour cut-off for the half marathon due to road closure timings. Event entries included a t-shirt option at more than 30% off when purchased at checkout through the event kit partner.
