The Raven 10K - Raven Run Nature Sanctuary
The Raven 10K takes place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Raven Run Nature Sanctuary in Lexington, KY. The event includes an in-person trail race and a 10K (6.2 miles) virtual run/walk/hike option. The race is presented by Lexington Parks & Recreation.
Registration fees for the in-person 10K are $42 through September 13 and $50 after that date. The virtual entry fee is $30, with a $25 option without a shirt. Race capacity for the in-person event is limited to 170 runners because of parking constraints. Virtual participants may complete their 10K on their own route or from Raven Run prior to September 28. Virtual entries do not submit results and are administered on the honor system; commemorative shirts will be mailed to virtual participants.
The venue is a 734-acre nature sanctuary bordering the Kentucky River with about ten miles of trails through meadows, woodlands, and streams. The event has a 2.5-hour time limit on course, equivalent to a 24 minute per mile pace.
