Plough and Harroween trail run

The Plough and Harroween is a 5-mile night trail run held in Friston Forest, Seaford, East Sussex. This self-navigated event follows a GPX route in reverse of the Friston Forest 5, traversing countryside terrain including forest, farm tracks, and downlands. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween-themed fancy dress, with penalties for those who do not, and prizes for the best costumes.

Runners must bring a head torch, mobile phone, and ideally trail shoes. The event emphasizes fun and adventure over competition, offering a timed race, a Halloween-themed finisher’s medal, and post-run refreshments at the Plough & Harrow pub, which also provides pre-ordered food.
