The Pint Station 5k
The Pint Station 5k is a 5 kilometer road race held in downtown Easley, South Carolina. The event starts and finishes at The Pint Station, located at 116 East Main St, Easley, SC 29640. A course map is available on MapMyRun.
This race is the first event in the Pickens County 5k Race Series, which also includes The Azalea Festival 5k, Hot Pursuit 5k and 1 Mile Catch-A-Cop, and The Doodle Trail 5k and 15k. Overall series point leaders who compete in at least three events are eligible for cash awards based on the best four race results; series cash prizes are $150 for first, $100 for second, and $50 for third.
Individual cash awards at The Pint Station 5k are listed for the top three male and top three female finishers: $100 first, $75 second, and $25 third. Age group awards are given in five year intervals and will be announced at The Pint Station following the race.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday March 14 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm in front of The Pint Station and will resume race morning at Old Market Square. Tee shirts and a finisher award are guaranteed for participants who register by February 28. All donations and event revenue benefit local Pickens County charities.
