Event
The Greenville Half Marathon & 5K takes place on February 28, 2026, in Greenville, South Carolina. Distances offered:
- 13.1 miles - net downhill, Travelers Rest to downtown Greenville
- 3.1 miles - net downhill, Swamp Rabbit Cafe to downtown Greenville
Both races finish on the TD Stage at the Peace Center (300 S. Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601). The event lists entry fees and limited spots for each distance.
Course, timing and race services
Both courses are USA Track & Field certified (half marathon SC106017DW; 5K SC106018DW). Timing uses Race Result BibTag technology and awards are based on chip time. The half marathon has a 4 hour time limit (equates to an 18 minute mile). Finisher medals are provided for both distances. A bag check at the start line will transport bags to the finish for collection.
Packet pick up is available at the Kroc Center (424 Westfield St) prior to race day and at the start areas on race morning (Gateway Park for the half; Swamp Rabbit Cafe for the 5K). Pre- and post-race bus service is offered between 300 S. Main Street and the start locations; bus spots must be reserved and tickets are non-refundable. The event capacity is listed as 3,000 for the half and 1,000 for the 5K. Prize money totals $3,000 with a stated breakdown. Elite entry applications had a deadline of November 30, 2025.
