Conquer the Rock 25k & 50k : Table Rock State Park
Conquer the Rock is a trail event at Table Rock State Park in Pickens, SC (W. Gate Road) on March 7, 2026. The course runs across Pinnacle Mountain and Table Rock and features steep, rocky trail sections and extended climbs. The event lists 16,000 feet of total elevation change and visits the summits of both Pinnacle and Table Rock.

- 50k : two laps
Course and cutoffs: the 50k has an 11 hour time limit and a 5 hour cutoff at the 15.5 mile aid station. The 25k has an 11 hour cutoff. The main aid station and drop bag location is at mile 15. Water-only stations are at miles 6, 9, 21, and 24. This is a cup-free event; each loop requires participants to carry 32 oz of fluids and 500 calories. Failure to carry required gear may result in disqualification.
Included with registration are a finisher medal, custom race bib, event-themed giveaways, a reusable collapsible hydration cup, sample hydration, race sticker, complimentary race photos, post-run pancakes, music at pre/post race gatherings, and chip timing with live results. Race proceeds and donations support the Upstate Running Club youth team.
Start/finish and packet pickup take place at Pinnacle Pavilion. Camping and cabins are available in the park; camping areas include sites with water and electrical hookups and access to restrooms with hot showers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
