Conquer the Rock 25k & 50k is a trail running event presented by the Upstate Race Series. It takes place on March 7, 2026 at Table Rock State Park, W. Gate Road, Pickens, SC 29671. Race proceeds and donations support the Upstate Running Club youth team.

- 50k - Foothills, two laps
Course and logistics
The course includes the summits of Pinnacle Mountain and Table Rock and reports about 16,000 feet of elevation change. The event is cup-free; participants must provide their own vessel. The main aid station and drop bag location is at mile 15. Water-only stations are located at mile 6, mile 9, mile 21, and mile 24. Required per loop gear includes 32 oz of fluids and 500 calories; failure to carry required gear may result in disqualification. The 50k has an 11 hour overall time limit and a 5 hour cutoff at the 15.5 mile aid station. The 25k has an 11 hour cutoff.
Registration, awards and amenities
Registration includes a finisher medal, custom race bib, reusable collapsible hydration cup, complimentary race photos, chip timing with live results, event-themed giveaways, and post-run pancakes. Awards include trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers and age group medals for 1st through 3rd in multiple age categories ranging from 0–9 up to 80+. The park charges an entry gate fee for adults and reduced rates for seniors and children. Campgrounds and cabins are available within the park.
