The Pieathlon

PieAthlon 2025 is a 6km trail race held in Huddersfield, starting and finishing at The Dusty Miller Pub on Longwood Road. The course travels mainly off-road through varied terrain, including the notorious ‘bog of doom,’ and offers scenic views of Longwood and the surrounding countryside. A distinctive feature is tasting pies at three pie stations along the route, blending sport with a playful culinary twist.

The event encourages fancy dress, with prizes for the best outfit, and is organized by the 25th Salendine Nook Scout Group in support of its activities.
