EvenSplits Leeds 5K (NOV '26)
The EvenSplits Leeds 5K is a monthly, chip timed road race held at the University of Leeds Brownlee Centre. Races run from February to November and use a three lap, flat 5 km course. The event has an entry limit of 200 places; 159 places were listed as remaining for this edition.
Results are sent to runners by text at the finish and mile splits are published the next day. First time entrants are assigned a race number with an embedded timing chip that can be used at both the Leeds and York 5K events; that number is collected from Registration on the first race. Previously issued red 5K race numbers from 2020 to 2025 may be used again in 2026 if recorded on the entry form. Each entrant is entitled to one free number replacement in a 12 month period; subsequent replacements are charged at £4.
The race is listed as road, with a flat profile, and the organiser has indicated a race licence has been applied for. The course is described as suitable for wheelchairs. Race facilities include water, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage. Entry fees were shown as £10 for affiliated entries and £12 for unaffiliated entries. Entries are non refundable and race places cannot be transferred.
