EvenSplits Leeds 5K (Nov '26)
The Even Splits Leeds 5K is a monthly, traffic-free 5 kilometre road race held at the University of Leeds Brownlee Centre. Races run between February and November and use a flat, three-lap course. The event is chip-timed; finish-line results are sent by text and mile splits are published the next day. Results also appear on Power of 10.
Entry is limited to 200 places. Single-race entry fees are £10 for affiliated runners and £12 for unaffiliated runners; entry on the day is not available. Bulk entry options are offered in advance. When entered for the first time, each runner is assigned a race number with an embedded timing chip for reuse at Leeds and York 5K events. Previously issued red 5K numbers from 2020–25 may be reused in 2026 if recorded on the entry form. Entrants are entitled to one free number replacement in a 12 month period; further replacements cost £4.
Facilities at Race HQ include water, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage. The Race HQ address is Brownlee Centre, Bodington Playing Fields, Bodington Avenue, Leeds LS16 8NA. Places may be deferred once to the next race in the same calendar year if requested at least three days before race day. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
