The November Nightmare - Telford
The November Nightmare is an eight day running series in Telford, Shropshire, held daily from 1 November to 8 November. The event is in its 11th year and each day is organised as a separate race.
Each day offers a choice of distances:
- 8 miles
- 16 miles
- 26.2 mile marathon
Participants may enter any single day, several days, or all eight days. Each race day is treated independently and awards a medal for that day.
The route passes through Ironbridge, a World Heritage Site. Race headquarters for the week are at The Unicorn Inn, Holly Road, Little Dawley, Telford TF4 3HZ. Two additional races take place the day before the series: the Pumpkin Marathon and The Spooky Halloween Challenge, which can combine with the series to form a longer sequence of races across consecutive days.
