Lawley 5K Fun Run
The Lawley 5K Fun Run is an annual community event organized by the Lawley Running Club. The event takes place on Saturday, 5th September 2026, in the Lawley Village Centre. The race headquarters and assembly area are located adjacent to the War Memorial and the Grazing Cow Pub.

The fun run is hosted in conjunction with the Lawley and Overdale Parish Council, Bournville Stewardship Services, and the Lawley Partnership Board. Each runner who completes the course receives a variety of rewards, including mementos, a finisher medal, and a goody bag.
Registration is managed through a central entry platform. The event supports a designated charity each year, which is confirmed closer to the race date. Due to high demand in previous years resulting in a waiting list, participation is subject to availability. The course route is situated within the Lawley area, and final results are published by the club following the completion of the run.
