The Next Loop - New England
The course at White Barn Farm in Wrentham, MA is a looped trail set on gently rolling farmland and wooded paths. Runners complete a clearly marked 3.1 mile (5K) loop that returns each lap to the same central start and finish area, which includes a fully stocked aid station.
The trail surface is a mix of grass, dirt paths, and lightly packed earth. Short rolling sections provide variation while elevation changes remain modest, making the loop broadly runnable and repeatable lap after lap.
The event uses a loop-based format in which athletes start together and complete one 5K loop at a time. Each completed loop is counted; participants may stop after any finished loop and their distance is recorded.
