The event takes place at White Barn Farm in Wrentham, MA, on a looped trail course. Runners complete a clearly marked 3.1-mile (5K) loop that returns to a central start and finish area with a fully stocked aid station.
The trail runs across gently rolling farmland and wooded paths. Surfaces include grass, dirt paths, and lightly packed earth. Short rolling sections and modest elevation changes add variety while keeping the course generally runnable.
The loop format lets participants complete one 5K lap at a time and decide how many laps to attempt. Every completed loop is counted, and athletes may stop when they choose rather than committing to a fixed distance before starting.
