Flynn's Flyers 5k Run/Walk

The Flynn's Flyers 5k Run/Walk takes place on September 26, 2026 at Yip Field, 1304 High Street, Central Falls, RI 02863. The event is hosted by the Central Falls School District and held in memory of a longtime colleague and educator.

Participants complete multiple loops of a mixed terrain scenic course to cover 3.1 miles. The course starts and ends at Yip Field. Parking is located a short distance from the starting area.

Children may register. For safety and course design, dogs and baby carriages are not allowed. Registration opens April 1, 2026 and closes on September 26, 2026. The registration fee is $35.00.

All participants receive a t-shirt and a race medal. Light refreshments are provided after the event. Funds raised at the event support the Girls on the Run CFSD afterschool program. The event proceeds in all weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
