The Lucky Leprechaun Half Marathon, 10 Miler, & 5K
The event takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Versailles, Kentucky, with the venue at Falling Springs Recreation Center (Huffman Pavilion), 275 Beasley Road. The programme includes in-person races and a virtual option, and proceeds benefit the Foster Care Council of Kentucky and the Woodford Humane Society.

The course runs on paved country roads and pathways through horse country and is described as rolling hills with some flatter sections. The half marathon includes five hydration stations that are passed a total of 11 times.
Packet pickup is offered on three occasions and locations: at J&H Running Company in Lexington on Thursday, March 5; at the Falling Springs pavilion on Friday, March 6; and at the pavilion on race morning. Participants may pick up packets for friends or family without credentials or paperwork; race morning pickup is noted as primarily for out-of-town participants.
Event features listed by the organizer include commemorative performance race shirts, finishers' medals for all three race distances, overall and age-group awards, a Best Dressed Leprechaun contest, DJ entertainment, free race photos, and a referral reward (refer five friends to receive a $15 refund).
