The Liverpool Winter Warmer Run - event details
The event offers three distances around Croxteth Park in Liverpool: a 5 km, a 10 km and a half marathon. The course is mainly on paths and is largely flat, with one section on stone/trail. The 5k is one lap, the 10k two laps and the half marathon four laps plus an additional 1.1 km section.

The event uses chip on bib timing and results are published after the race. The course is marked and marshalled, and medical cover is provided. Facilities at the event hub include toilets, limited bag storage, finish line drinks and snacks, and merchandise sales. Coffee and snacks are available for purchase. Everyone who finishes receives a medal; trophies are awarded to some winners. Water stations, finish sweets and Penguin Bars are included among on course and finish offerings.
Accessibility notes: buggies are permitted and the route is wheelchair friendly aside from the trail section. Parking near the main car park is limited; disabled permit holders may use a closer service entrance. The event hub is located at the back of Croxteth Hall.
Charity and entries: the event supports Shelter; fundraising is optional and there is no minimum target. Advertised entry fees include amounts of £25 for the 5k and 10k and £30 for the half marathon.
