The Lexicon Bracknell Half Marathon 2026

The Lexicon Bracknell Half Marathon is a popular local road race taking place in Bracknell. The event features a half marathon distance that guides participants through the heart of the town. The route primarily consists of roads, footpaths, and cycleways, with a short section of grass running included in the course.

The race starts and finishes within The Lexicon. Runners exit the town centre via London Road and complete an anti-clockwise loop of Bracknell. The course begins at the Running Horse Roundabout and returns to the same point before heading back to the finish line in Union Square. The race village is located in Bond Square, which houses the information desk and baggage drop-off services.

Specific participation rules apply to this event. All entrants must be at least 17 years old on the day of the race. Due to the nature of the course, the organizers do not permit the use of wheelchairs, buggies, prams, or dogs on leads. All participants who complete the course receive a commemorative medal.

The event is supported by local infrastructure, with Bracknell railway station and the bus depot located approximately 300 metres from the start area. Entrants are also provided with access to free parking at the Braccan Walk car park between 07:00 and 08:30. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
