The ingram Pendulum 10k

The ingram PENDULUM 10k is an exciting trail running event set in the picturesque Ingram Valley near Powburn. The 10-kilometer course features a challenging route with 1,100 feet of ascent, starting and finishing at Ingram Village Hall. Runners first tackle a 3.6-mile out-and-back section to the summit of the ancient hill fort, Cochrane Pike, before returning to the village hall and ascending steeply to the summit of East Hill and back.
