The Huntsman Triathlon
The Huntsman Triathlon is scheduled for 24 May 2026 at Moyles Court School, Ringwood, Hampshire. The course includes a swim in Ellingham Lake, a bike route through New Forest National Park, and a run on quiet country roads. The event is organised by Challenging Events Ltd and is part of a series offering sprint, standard and middle distance options.
Race distances and formats
- Middle: 1900m swim, 1km transition run, 90km bike, 20km run
- Aquabike (Middle): 1900m swim, 90km bike
- Standard: 1100m swim, 1km transition run, 33km bike, 10km run
- Sprint: 400m swim, 1km transition run, 33km bike, 5km run
- Duathlon: 5km run, 33km bike, 5km run
- Relay options: standard and middle relay formats available
Entry, logistics and conduct
Entry prices range from £62 to £212 depending on category. Age minimums vary by discipline; some distances require entrants to be 19 or older on 31/12/2026, others 17 or older on that date. Car parking is available at Moyles Court School, and camping is offered the night before the event. Road closures affect access around Moyles Court during the event, and participants are required to park at the venue. Volunteer marshal roles are available; volunteers receive free entry to Challenging Events events. A Code of Conduct is published for athletes. Course closing procedures are in place on race day.
