Totton Running Club 10K 2026
The Totton Running Club 10K takes place on 30 August 2026 in Copythorne, near Totton in Southampton, Hampshire. The event is held under UKA licence conditions and is officially measured and chip timed.
The race is a 10 km course run as two laps of 5 km on roads and pavements with some undulation. The entry fee includes a technical running T-shirt and a goody bag, and also covers medical cover, toilets, parking and water stations. Awards are provided for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female finishers and a first place age grade trophy.
Entries are limited to 700 places and close on 20 August 2026. Runners must be at least 15 years old on race day. Transfer of entries will be allowed once the race sells out; refunds and deferrals are not available. If the race is cancelled, monies will not be refunded and proceeds will be donated to a local charity after costs already incurred have been deducted.
The event is not for profit and will raise funds for the local community, with the local parish church and Scout groups among the beneficiaries. Race headquarters are at Stanleys Own Scout HQ, Romsey Road, Copythorne, SO40 2PB. The use of MP3 players is not permitted on the course for safety reasons; bone conducting headphones are allowed.
