Totton Running Club 10K

The Totton Running Club 10K is a UK Athletics licensed road race held in Copythorne, near Totton, Southampton. The course consists of two laps of a 5K route featuring mainly flat roads with some undulations, offering a fast and enjoyable run. Open to runners aged 15 and over, the event accommodates up to 700 participants.

Entry includes chip timing, a technical running T-shirt, goody bag, medical cover, toilets, parking, and water stations.
