Totton Running Club 10K 2026
The Totton Running Club 10K takes place on 30 August 2026 in Copythorne, Hampshire. Race headquarters are at Stanleys Own Scout HQ, Romsey Road, Copythorne, Southampton, Hampshire, SO40 2PB. The event is held under UKA licence conditions.
The course is two laps of 5 km on roads and pavements with some undulation. The race is officially measured and chip timed. Maximum entries are 700 and the minimum age on race day is 15 years.
Entry fees differ for affiliated and unaffiliated runners and include a technical running T shirt and a goody bag. The fee also covers medical cover, toilets, parking and water stations. Awards are given to first, second and third male and female finishers and there is a trophy for the best age grade performance.
The event is run not for profit and will raise funds for the local community, with local parish church and Scout groups benefitting. Transfers will be allowed once the race sells out; refunds are not available. Entries close on 20 August 2026.
Event rules note that no dogs are allowed on the course, personal music players such as MP3 devices are not permitted under UK Athletics rules though bone conducting headphones are allowed, and authorised photographic and video footage may be taken.
