Event overview

The New Forest Triathlon takes place at Moyles Court School in Ringwood, Hampshire on 6 September 2026. The swim takes place in Ellingham Waterski Lake, the bike follows roads through the New Forest, and the run uses quiet country roads near the venue. Road closures affect the area around Moyles Court and all participants are required to be parked at Moyles Court School. An event village provides food and services including coffee, pizza, a mechanic, post-event massage and children's activities. Marshalling is organised for the course.

Middle: Swim 1.9km, transition run 1km, cycle 90km, run 21km
Standard: Swim 1.1km, transition run 1km, cycle 33km, run 10km
Sprint: Swim 400m, transition run 1km, cycle 33km, run 5km
Aquabike: Swim 1.9km, cycle 90km (no transition run)
Duathlon: Run 5km, cycle 33km, run 5km
Relay options accepted for some distances
