New Forest Triathlon : 6 September 2026
The New Forest Triathlon takes place at Moyles Court School, Ringwood, Hampshire (BH24 3NF) with the swim held at Ellingham Waterski Lake. The event includes bike sections through the New Forest and running on quiet country roads. An event village on site provides food and drink, bike mechanic assistance, post-event massage and activities for children.
Distances and race categories
- Middle: 1.9 km swim (2 laps of Ellingham Water Ski Lake), transition run 1 km, 90 km cycle, 21 km run. Relay teams accepted of 2 to 3 people.
- Standard: 1.1 km swim, transition run 1 km, 33 km cycle, 10 km run.
- Sprint: 400 m swim, transition run 1 km, 33 km cycle, 5 km run.
- Aquabike: 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike (no transition run).
- Duathlon: 5 km run, 33 km bike, 5 km run.
Logistics and entry details
Parking and camping are available at Moyles Court School. All participants are required to be parked at Moyles Court School by 07:30 on race day. Road closures mean no vehicle movement is permitted between 06:30 and 14:30 except for emergency services and local residents; participants may be permitted to leave the venue later once safe. Age entry rules vary by race: some events require entrants to be 18 or over on 31/12/2026, others 17 or over. Standard entry prices listed range from £62 to £212.
