Halloween 5 and 10 Miles
The Halloween 5 and 10 Mile Event is a road running event organised by Exeter City Community Trust in Exeter. It takes place on 25 October 2026 and starts at Piazza Terracina near the Exeter Canal Basin. The route runs through the Exe Valley River Park and is described as flat and fast.
Distances offered:
- 5 miles (adult race), age recommendation over 15 years
- 10 miles (adult race), two laps of the 5 mile route, age recommendation over 17 years
The event supports community sports participation and wellbeing activities and offers charity places with a minimum fundraising pledge of £80 to £100 depending on distance. England Athletics members receive discounted entry to the organiser's UKA licensed events.
Course information and participant support include a route map, race instructions, a certificate of course accuracy, marshal points, water stations, medical assistance, and typical finish facilities such as toilets, a recovery area, a bag store, and finishers medals for all who complete their distance.
