Halloween 5 & 10 Miles
This Halloween-themed road running event offers a choice of two distances: 5 miles or 10 miles. The 10-mile race involves two laps of the 5-mile route. The event is organized by Exeter City Community Trust.
Event Details
The race starts and finishes at the Piazza Terracina, located by the Exeter Canal Basin. The course is described as a flat, fast, and scenic route through the Exe Valley River Park. According to UK Athletics age requirements, the 5-mile event is for participants aged 15 and over, and the 10-mile event is for those aged 17 and over.
A race medal is provided to all finishers. The event is a UK Athletics licensed race, and members of England Athletics receive a discount on entry fees.
Facilities and Support
Facilities at the finish line include a water station and a bag store. Medical support is available on the course. The event is marshaled, and there is a certificate of course accuracy available. Past reviews describe the atmosphere as small and intimate, with the route being easy to follow.
Fundraising
