The Great 30A Easter Race
The Great 30A Easter Race takes place March 27, 2027 in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, within Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. The event is organized by Reefy Running and offers multiple course choices on paved paths, trails, and beach sand.
Participants may choose from the following distances:
- Paved Path 5K
- Paved Path 10K
- Trail & Beach 10K
The Paved Path courses are out-and-back routes run entirely on paved surfaces; the 10K repeats the out-and-back used by the 5K. These courses are described as stroller-friendly. The Trail & Beach 10K is a loop that passes through pines, beach, and dune lakes and includes roughly 2 miles on paved roads, about 1.25 miles on sand, and about 3 miles on trails.
Awards are given to men’s and women’s winners and runner ups for all courses. The top three finishers in each age group receive awards. Age groups are 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus. All registered runners who cross the finish line receive a finisher’s medal. Registered runners who sign up before the swag cutoff receive race day swag. Awards not picked up at the event may be shipped at the participant’s expense.
Packet pick-up is scheduled the day before the event from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Fleet Feet Inlet Beach, 11299 US Hwy 98 E, Inlet Beach, FL 32461.
The event does not offer refunds. Transfers to another runner are permitted within the posted transfer period at the participant’s responsibility. Event rules prohibit animals from participating. Strollers and similar wheeled equipment are allowed but must start at the back; accommodations for certified running wheelchairs or adaptive devices are available by prior contact.
