The Windmill’s Reindeer Dash & Ugly Sweater 5k Family Fun Run

The Windmill’s Reindeer Dash & Ugly Sweater 5k Family Fun Run is scheduled for December 19, 2026 in Freeport, Florida. The event takes place at the Gazebo, 1871 Great Hammock Bend Road, and includes a timed 5k and a shorter family fun run. Participants may wear holiday or themed attire.

After the running events there is live music and a farmers market area with vendors offering gifts and treats. Awards are given after the race for the top three overall male and female finishers. All ages are welcome and pets may attend.

Packet pick up is available for participants. Proceeds from the event benefit Freeport High School sports programs.
