The Forest Gumpers Trail Race Series
The Forest Gumpers Trail Race Series takes place on four dates in 2026: May 12, June 9, July 14 and August 11, in Ottawa, Ontario. Each date offers an adult 5 km trail race. Registration per date is CAD $10 for the adult 5 km. All fees are non refundable. The series is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario. Payment is accepted online and a small processing fee applies.

Course and services include on site washrooms, kilometre markers along the route, marshals at key junctions, cones and flags to mark the way, and one water station on the route. Light refreshments and a social are provided after the event.
