Cider Winders 5K : Forest Gumpers Trail Race Series
The Cider Winders 5K takes place on July 22, 2026 and is presented by the Forest Gumpers Trail Race Series, 1818 Farm & Cidery, and the Rotary Club of West Ottawa. The event supports the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre, a live-in and community-based agency serving youth aged 13 to 21 in Ontario.
The course for the Cider Winders 5K is certified by Athletics Canada. Every registrant receives a commemorative Cider Winders glass. Souvenir t-shirts are available to order during registration and can also be purchased at registration on site.
Prizes are awarded to the top three female and top three male finishers with monetary amounts of 1st place $150, 2nd place $100, and 3rd place $50. Post-race provisions at the race site include a cider and a sandwich. Event capacity is limited to a maximum of 150 participants.
The Rotary Club of West Ottawa will match pledges up to $2,500 from the registration page. Registration fees are listed as $50 for adults and $25 for youth aged 18 and under. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
