Cider Winders 5K

Cider Winders 5K is a trail race presented by Forest Gumpers Trail Race Series, 1818 Farm & Cidery, and the Rotary Club of West Ottawa. The event takes place on the evening of July 22, 2026 and benefits the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre. The Rotary Club of West Ottawa will match pledges up to $2,500.

Every registrant receives a commemorative Cider Winders glass. Souvenir t-shirts are available to order during registration and for purchase at registration. After the race, cider and a sandwich are provided on site. The event includes draw prizes supplied by partners such as Bushtukah and a special draw for a custom t-shirt quilt.

Monetary prizes are awarded to the top three female and top three male finishers: 1st place $150, 2nd place $100, 3rd place $50. Registration fees are listed as $50 for adults and $25 for youth 18 and under. Participant numbers are capped at a maximum of 150.
